Draft: Endangered Pleasures 2/Your Way

You walk in all big and tall
Owning the place
Kick off your shoes
And put your feet up
Blissfully unaware
That you weren't
Invited

Baby, I love your way

Say what you mean
Stop begging me to ask you
I'm not a puppet
Only interested by the
Trailers you use to
Tease me

Charming and funny
In your way
I watch you in awe
Unsuspecting the
Twister
Standing still

A friend suggested that the thoughts in Endangered Pleasures were three stories. And after Brian suggested I flesh them out, I'm giving it a try. So story 1 is Your way. Still not quite there but coming.

  1. like the off beat song rhyme as it opposes the rest, think you should continue it throughout...
